Payment: After getting the confirmation and the availability please send your check to the address below. Your check or money order must be received within 10 days of order confirmation or the items will be returned to stock.
Money Order and Cashiers Check will ship out in 24 hrs.
Orders paid by Personal Checks are held for seven business days.

PREORDERING INFO: Preorders (item/s on order but not yet in stock) require a non-refundable 25% deposit of your order total. The balance is due once all the items are received to complete your order and before your order is shipped. Since I have no control over when I will receive the item/s, I cannot guarantee when your order will ship. Due to shipping cost need order separately for stock items and preorder if you wish to receive separately.

Return Policy: All purchases are inspected prior to shipping and shipped in mint condition. All sales are final.

Lost or Damaged Order: If an order is ever determined to be lost or damaged in the mail, Kollectorsgifts.com will either refund your purchase, including shipping, or will reship your order if the item(s) are still in stock. Damaged or lost item needs to be reported and return within 30 days to process claim.
